2BR duplex apartment with a loft/study/sleeping area, We do call the downstairs BR a sleeping/dressing area because it is quite small, although it still sports a comfortable queen-size bed Upstairs queen size bed in the large attractive loft style bedroom. Because the ceiling here has a 5’ 7” clearance, this good- looking apartment is at a greatly reduced rate. Lovely contemporary furnishings throughout. Double size sofabed in living room. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling wall of windows add to the relaxed feeling of spaciousness. Apartment faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet, especially since the windowed wall faces your own 9 x 12 furnished back yard. The loft/study area adds to the feeling of "private home" rather than "apartment." Plenty of closets. Fully equipped open kitchen. Loft has a staircase, not a ladder. Generally a family of 3 or 4 books the apartment. Doorman building.

CONNIE / UW (W. 59th St. Near CENTRAL  Park )

 One of the best rental properties in New York. Spacious one bedroom, apartment. Lovely. Located in pristine hi-rise 2 blocks from Columbus Circle & Central Park, Time Warner and “Whole Food” & in very close proximity to Lincoln Center. Queen size bed in bedroom as well as 2 hi quality, comfortable queen sofa beds in living room. This is a very well decorated apartment. The marble dining room table is especially beautiful. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and marble bath. Two windowed walls in the living room provide an outstanding city view and a view of Central Park. Apartment used solely for rental and so excellent closet/drawer space. Well, Maintained Doorman building. Everyone rebooks this apartment. It's sure to please.

MIDTOWN WEST

CARRIE /MTW (West 56th St. Near CENTRAL Park)

2bedroom apartment. Sizeable (about 1000 square foot) and very Attractive. One of the finest in our collection. Living room has a good looking sectional sofa with comfortable queen sofa bed. Pretty, comfortable furnishings and good art through out apartment. King-size in master bedroom. Which has a terrific city river view And an adorable table and chairs located by the window. OH yes 2nd TV 2nd bedroom has a custom made orthopedic quality queen size sofa bed and so easily converts to a beautiful sofa by day should you wish to go off and read in a quiet corner. A beautiful wall of mirrored bifold doors separates the living room from the 2nd bedroom. The bifold easily open in the day to allow for the fabulous view of city / river and central park and lots of sunlight. Apartments have a pass through kitchen and other nice touches. Carrie is used solely for rental and so have excellent closet /drawer space. Elegant building; full-time concierge. Best all-around location in the city with a terrific supermarket just around the corner. Carrie is a 1 bathroom apartment at terrific value

TAL’S/MTW (West 55th St. Near Central Park )  1BR apartment that is very well and traditionally furnished with good art and a good eye towards appealing decoration and comfort. King bed in bedroom. Queen sofa bed in the enormous living room as is a desk. Apartment is eclectic with contemporary and antique pieces (2nd sofa is Victorian and is over 100 years old). Full separate windowed dining area. The terrific location and excellent city views gives one a definite feeling of being part of the NYC experience. Modern, medium-sized doorman building.

MID TOWN EAST

SHEILA II /MTE (49th St. off of York Ave.) Sheila's apartments are always stunning. This one is a gorgeous 1BR apartment with one queen size bed and one ,B>queen sofa bed. Marble bath, kitchenette with microwave. Sunny apartment faces south. Spot lights and is freshly painted. Apartment has answering machine, fax, color TV, VCR, stereo. New elevator, no doorman. The building has excellent security and this is the safest, cleanest and quietest part of midtown Manhattan. Monthlies please.
